The Uttarakhand Technical University campus is situated at NH-72 Suddhowala, Dehradun.

The Uttarakhand Technical University conducts the Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination on a yearly basis. This Entrance Examination is regulated for the admission in M.tech courses for the nation – GATE qualified candidates. However, GATE qualified candidates will be given preference over the non – GATE qualified candidates. The admission to M.tech under Uttarakhand Technical University for the year 2019 will be preferably based on the GATE score of the candidates. The Candidates can choose among the various affiliated colleges according to their ranks.

UKTU M.Tech 2019 Application Form Details:

The application form for the Uttarakhand Technical University M.tech admission 2019 will be released on both online and offline mode shortly by April 2019.

The online form can be procured from the official website of Uttarakhand Technical University and for offline form, the candidates can purchase it from the designated post offices by paying Rs.1500 as application fee.

The candidates are advised to check the official website of Uttarakhand Technical University, where the provided link will lead them to the application form filling.

While filling the application form for M.tech 2019, candidates need to fill in their personal, academic and Communication details. The documents that need to be provided are – scanned copy of photograph and signature.

The form should be completed in all respects including the payment of fees as after submission, no editing options will be provided.

UKTU M.Tech 2019 Rules and Regulations:

The candidates appearing for the Uttarakhand Technical University M.tech Admission Examination 2019 must follow certain guidelines prescribed below –

1. Candidates must carry their Admit card and original valid ID proof to the examination hall.

  1. A scribble pad will be provided to the candidates for their rough work where the candidates must mention there his/her name and registration number on top of the pad.
  2. Carrying of electronic devices to the Examination hall by the candidates are strictly prohibited.
  3. Candidates are not allowed to carry any printed or handwritten material inside the Examination hall.
  4. There should not be any kind of communication between the candidates inside the Examination hall.
  5. Any candidate found violating the above-mentioned guidelines will be disqualified. In addition, appropriate legal actions may be taken against the guilty candidate.

UKTU M.Tech 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates those who will be satisfying all the eligibility criteria for the courses offered by the Uttarakhand Technical University M.tech Admission 2019 will only be considered appropriate for the admission.

  1. Qualifying Examination – The candidate should have passed B.tech from a recognized institution.
  2. Minimum marks – Candidate should have obtained a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination.
  3. GATE score – Candidates possessing valid and qualified GATE score need not appear for the University’s Entrance examination 2019.
