Admission to Sharda University will be based on SUAT 2019, for candidates, those who have already appeared in any National level  Entrance examination are exempted from the SUAT 2019. The eligible candidates (based on SUAT and national level entrance exam) will be invited for further Personal Interview and Group Discussion round.

The final admission to the Sharda University will be done based on the candidate’s score in the examination, PI and GD.

Procedure to fill the application form –

Online Process:

  1. The application form of SUAT 2019 can be filled and submitted through online mode.
  2. Eligible candidates can access the online application form of SUAT through the University’s official website.
  3. After the successful completion of the online application process, a unique ID and password will be generated that will be used in the throughout the admission process.
  4. Applicants can use ‘Retrieve your Application’ option in case they failed to complete the application and thus can fill the pending information.
  5. Candidates after ensuring his/her eligibility can apply for the test.
  6. Candidates can book their test date as per their convenience.

Offline Process:

  1. Obtain the application form from the Admission office, Sharda University, Greater Noida Campus/ Regional Offices/ International Offices.
  2. Fill the application form and send it along with application fees to the address of the University.

Application Fee:

The candidates can apply online for the entrance test by paying Rs. 1200/-. Fee payment can be done via Cash payment in the campus, Online Payment through Credit/Debit card or through Demand Draft.

The offline mode DD should be drawn in favor of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida. Students have to mention Name, Father Name, contact number, a course on the back side of demand draft and send it to:

SUAT 2019 Rules and Regulations:

The candidates appearing for the Sharda University Admission Test 2019 must follow certain guidelines prescribed below –

  1. It’s mandatory for all the candidates to carry 2 copies of hall ticket to the examination center with their recent passport size photograph pasted on it.
  2. The candidates will not be considered eligible to sit for the examination if they fail to bring their photo ID proof and application fee deposit proof at the time of examination.
  3. Any type of electronic gadgets like mobile phone and calculators are not allowed inside the examination hall.
  4. Candidates are not allowed to carry any printed or handwritten material inside the examination hall.
  5. There should not be any kind of communication between the applicants inside the examination hall.

SUAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

The Candidates appearing for Sharda University Admission Test 2019 must ensure their eligibility criteria before applying for the particular course. Following are the eligibility criteria for different courses and category –

B.Tech:

  1. Qualifying Exam: 10th with-60% marks, Secondary (10+2) – 70% marks (Aggregate) & minimum 60% marks in PCM, Computer Science/PCB for Biotechnology without a gap between 10th and 12th.
  2. Entrance Test: The candidate must secure a minimum of 50% marks in Maths or SUAT (Online Test), Followed by Personal Interview and Group discussion.
  3. Candidates, those who appeared for JEE must obtain an All India Rank up to 3 Lakh & UPSEE All India Rank up to 50,000 to be eligible to apply.

Other UG Programmes:

  1. The candidate must have passed class 10th with-60% marks,  Secondary (10+2) & minimum 60% marks in PCM, Computer Science/PCB for Biotechnology without a gap between 10th and 12th.
  2. Candidate must have passed in each of the subjects individually including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

MBA:

  1. Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have a graduation degree with 50% marks and proficiency in English communication.
  2. Entrance Test: They must have minimum 65 percentile in CAT or 75 percentile in MAT. Students can also appear in SUAT, university-level exam.

For PG Courses:

  1. The Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.
  2. For science courses, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in the related or allied field of study.
