NSCL SEED 2019: Important Dates, Pattern, Admit Card, Syllabus, Eligibility, Cut OffNSCL (National Seeds Corporation Ltd) is a Schedule ‘B’- Miniratna Category-I company completely owned by the Government of India under the administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.

On a yearly basis, NSCL releases a list of vacancies, to recruit the aspirants. The posts for which the vacancies are released, are:

 

  • Management Trainees (at an Executive level)
  • Senior Trainees (at Supervisory level)
  • Diploma Trainee (at Non-Supervisory level)
  • Trainees (at Non-Supervisory level)
  • Trainee Mate (at Non-Supervisory level)

NSCL SEED 2019 Registration Procedure:

To register for NSCL 2019, follow the procedure mentioned below:

STEP 1 – Visit the official website, i.e., www.indiaseeds.com.

STEP 2 – The interested and eligible candidates can visit www.indiaseeds.com to apply online (no other mode of application is acceptable).

STEP 3 – Fill the application form carefully only after reading the eligibility criteria carefully.

STEP  4 – Submission and payment of application form: A non–refundable fee of Rs. 525/- which includes application fee of Rs. 500/- plus Rs. 25/- (processing fee) plus payment gateway charges is applicable for Unreserved Category/OBC/Ex-Servicemen. Candidates belonging to any particular category of SC/ST/PWD are not required to pay the application fee, however, Rs. 25/- (processing fee) plus payment gateway charges is applicable for SC/ST/PWD and must submit a photocopy of caste/disability certificate, as prescribed by the Govt. of India (The Degree of Disability for PWD Candidates is 40% & above).

NSCL SEED 2019 Rules and Regulations:

The rules and regulations mentioned below are exactly as mentioned in the brochure:

  1. All qualifications should be from a recognized Indian University/Institution recognized by AICTE/UGC/Appropriate Statutory Authority.
  2. Where CGPA/OGPA or grading system with a degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University/Institution.
  3. There will be no age/percentage bar for departmental candidates who otherwise meet the prescribed qualifications.
  4. The candidates working in Govt. Department/PSUs should route their application through proper channel or No Objection Certificate should be produced at the time of Document Verification.
  5. Canvassing in any form or in bringing any influence (applicable, or otherwise) will render rejection of application without notice. No routine queries/correspondence regarding any individual application will be entertained. Persons claiming age relaxation should submit attested copies of appropriate certificates along with the application.
  6. In case of OBC, the Caste Certificate inter-alia must specify that the candidate does not belong to ‘creamy layer’ and the certificate is applicable for the post under Government of India.
  7. Candidates must possess required qualification and experience as on the last date of closing of online application.
  8. Management reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason and to raise the standard of specifications/ percentage of marks to restrict the number of candidates to be called for written examination.
  9. Number of posts can be increased/decreased at the discretion of the Management. The recruitment process can be cancelled / suspended / terminated without assigning any reason. The decision of Management will be final and no appeal will be entertained.

Sr. Trainee (Accounts) M.Com./MBA (Fin.) with minimum 55%* marks from a recognized University/Institution. In addition to the above, knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
Sr. Trainee (Agriculture) Agriculture: M.Sc.(Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy / Seed Tech. / Plant Breeding & Genetics / Agriculture Entomology / Plant Pathology. Agriculture Engineering Three years Diploma in Agriculture Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55%* marks from a Govt. Polytechnic/Institution**. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
Civil Engineering Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 55%* marks from a Govt. Polytechnic/Institution**. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
TRAINEES (at Non-Supervisory level)
Trainee (Agri.) B.Sc. (Agri.) with a minimum of 60%* marks from a recognized University. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
Trainee (HR) Graduate with minimum of 60%* marks from a recognized University with knowledge of MSOffice and computer typing with speed of 40WPM in English. Knowledge of Hindi typing (35WPM) is desirable. In case a candidate does not possess Hindi typing at the time of selection, they have to pass the examination of Hindi typing during the course of the training period.
Trainee (Accounts) B.Com with minimum of 60%* marks from a recognized University. Knowledge of MS-Office and computer application is mandatory.
Trainee (Store) B.Sc. (Agri.) with a minimum of 60%* marks from a recognized University. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
Trainee (Technician) – Electrician ITI certificate in Electrician trade with minimum 60%* marks and one-year trade apprenticeship training in Electrician trade any industry and passed NAC Examination conducted by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
Trainee (Store) Engineering Graduation with ITI in Fitter / Electrician / Auto Electrician / Welder / Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Machine-man Trade with minimum 60%* marks from recognized University/Institute. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
Trainee (Data Entry Operator) BCA/ B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) OR 3 years Diploma in Engg. in (Computer Application / Computer Science /IT / Electronics) OR Graduate with 1-year Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60%* marks.
TRAINEE MATE (at Non-Supervisory level)
Trainee Mate (Agriculture) Intermediate in Agriculture/Sr. Secondary (12th) or equivalent in Science with Biology as one of the subjects with sound physique. Knowledge and experience in agriculture-related fields will be desirable

How to Check NSCL Result?

The candidates can log on to the official website of the NSCL and by simply providing their registration id and password assigned they can check their score and tally it with the proposed cutoff to see whether they are qualified for that particular post or not.

NSCL Cutoff:

The cut-off list for every post/vacancy is released on the official site of the organization. It depends on the number of candidates and the sort of questions asked (tough or mediocre or easy).
