How to fill UKSEE 2019 Application Form?

To register for UKSEE 2019, follow the procedure mentioned below:

STEP 1 – Visit the official website of UKSEE for UKSEE 2019 registration.

STEP 2 – Registration: The interested and eligible candidates can apply through online mode only.

The candidates need to register before filling the application form. After successfully registering, the candidates are assigned a registration Id and a password that is to be kept safe for future reference and for filling the application form.

The application form can be submitted online or in person.

After registering successfully, candidates must take the printout for future reference.



STEP 3 – Fill the application form only after reading the eligibility criteria and the instructions carefully.

STEP  4 – Upload required images and documents: Upload the specified scanned images and documents.

  • A photograph of minimum 35 x 45 mm with at least 75% coverage of face & head of the candidate.
  • A caption indicating the name of the candidate and date of taking photograph should be there at the bottom of the photo.
  • The photograph should be taken in a white/very light colored background.
  • The photograph needs to display a full front view of the face. Please look directly into the camera with a natural expression.
  • Please avoid with the reflection of the shadow on the face with red eyes.
  • The photograph needs to be printed on a high-quality paper with at least 600 dpi resolutions.
  • The colors must possess the natural appearance and skin tone.
  • The photograph must not have been kinked, scratches and stains.
  • The candidates have to upload and paste the above specifications photograph in the application form and advised to keep at least 6 copies of the same photographs. The candidates will have to produce the same copy of the photograph in the process of counseling and admission, etc.




STEP  5 – Submission and payment of application form: Candidates can deposit the fee through online mode using Credit/Debit Card.

UKSEE Rules and Regulations:

The norms that are to be followed while applying for the UKSEE 2019 are:

  1. The lateral entry seats for B. Tech., B. Pharma., MCA, shall be filled by Uttarakhand Candidates only.
  2. Admission to an institute implies acceptance by the candidate of all the provisions given in the brochure/prospectus of the University. Any change in the rules, regulations, fees, special conditions, etc. of the institute will apply to him/her.
  3. The information indicated in the brochure/prospectus of an institute is only for the general guidance of the candidates.
  4. Incomplete application forms will not be accepted.
  5. The candidates are advised to read each and every instruction given in the information brochure very carefully before filling up the Online Application form.
  6. Do not send the print out of your application form to the University but you can keep a copy for your reference.
  7. A candidate will submit a separate application for different courses (B.Pharm. & BHMCT).
  8. The application form will not be scrutinized, and hence the onus of proving the category of the candidate and eligibility criteria for admission to offered programmes lies solely with the candidate at the time of counseling.
  9. Request for change of the test center and category shall not be entertained.




UKSEE Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria are exactly as mentioned on the official website:

  1. ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY: B. Tech. Lateral Entry to 2nd year (for Uttarakhand Domicile & Academic domicile only).
  2. Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institution; with at least 45% marks (40% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.
  3. Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed the XII standard with mathematics as a subject.
  4. Provided that in case of students belonging to B. Sc. Stream, shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering program along with the second year subjects.
  5. Provided further that, the students belonging to B. Sc. stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.
  6. Provided further that students, who have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology from an AICTE approved Institution or B. Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission to the first year Engineering Degree courses subject to vacancies in the first year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. However, the admissions shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned in A, B, C, and D above.
  7. PHARMACY (B.Pharm. 1st Year)
  8. Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics /Biotechnology / Biology.
  9. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in the case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.




  • PHARMACY (B. Pharm. Lateral Entry – 2nd year) (for Uttarakhand Domicile & Academic domicile only)
  1. Passed Diploma examination in a Program from an AICTE approved Institution, with at least 45% marks (40% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate Program.
  2. HOTEL MANAGEMENT & CATERING TECHNOLOGY (BHMCT)
  3. Should have passed 10+2 examination with English as a compulsory subject.
  4. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in the case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.
  5. MCA (1st Year)
  6. Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at the Graduate Level.
  7. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in the case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.
  8. MCA: Lateral Entry – 2nd Year (for Uttarakhand Domicile & Academic domicile only)
  9. Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA, B. Sc (IT/Computer Science) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level.
  10. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.




  • MBA (1st Year) – Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.

Note:

CAT / MAT qualified candidates are eligible for counseling without appearing in UKSEE – 2019, however, they have to fill up the registration form. Admission through counseling will be offered first to CAT / MAT qualified candidates, and if seats remain vacant candidates qualifying the entrance examination of the University UKSEE – 2019 (In order of merit) will be offered.

  • M.Pharm. (1st Year) – Bachelor in Pharmacy. Obtained at least 55% marks (50% in the case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.

Note:

GPAT qualified candidates are eligible for counseling without appearing in UKSEE – 2019, however, they have to fill up the registration form. Admission through counseling will be offered first to GPAT qualified candidates, and if seats remain vacant candidates qualifying the 10 entrance examination of the University UKSEE – 2019 (In order of merit) will be offered.



  1. M. Tech. – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in the case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.

Note:

GATE qualified candidates are eligible for counseling without appearing in UKSEE – 2019, however, they have to fill up the registration form. Admission through counseling will be offered first to GATE qualified candidates, and if seats remain vacant candidates qualifying the entrance examination of the University UKSEE – 2019 (In order of merit) will be offered.

UKSEE Exam Pattern:

UKSEE 2019 is conducted for 12 papers.

  1. The Mode of examination: offline and online.

  3. Marking scheme: 1 mark is awarded for every correct answer.

UKSEE Syllabus:

Paper 1 – PHYSICS & CHEMISTRY

For physics and chemistry, candidates are required to go through the complete syllabus of NCERT 11TH and 12TH standard as suggested by CBSE.



Paper 2 – MATHEMATICS

For mathematics, candidates are required to go through the complete syllabus of NCERT 11TH and 12TH standard as suggested by CBSE.

Paper 3 – BIOLOGY

Biology is divided into two subparts i.e., Botany and Zoology.

Zoology: Origin of Life, Organic Evolution, Mechanism of Organic Evolution, Human Genetics and Eugenics, Applied Biology, Mammalian Anatomy.

Botany: Plant Cell, Protoplasm, Cell division, Ecology, Ecosystem, Atmospheric pollution, Genetics, Modern Classification of the plant kingdom, Seeds in angiospermic plants, Fruits, Cell differentiation Plant Tissue, Important phyla.

How to check UKSEE result?

The candidates can log on to the official website of the UKSEE and by providing their registration ID and password assigned they can check their score and tally it with the proposed cutoff to see whether they are qualified or not.

UKSEE Cutoff:

The cutoff is the minimum marks which are to be scored to qualify the entrance and be eligible for the counseling. The cutoffs of respective subjects for respective rounds of counseling are decided to depend upon the vacancy of seats.
