D.Ed Application Form Details:

All the Eligible and Interested candidates need to apply through online mode via filling the online application form. The Prospectus can be downloaded from the official website. After filling the online form, candidates need to take print out of system generated the application and save for future use.

However, most institutes offering the course of Diploma in Education admit students based on their performance in a relevant entrance test. Admission process generally varies across colleges. A few institutes also provide direct admission based on the candidate’s performance at the 10+2 level.

D.Ed Application Fees:

  1. Fees for  General Category, Special Backward Classes &  Economically Backward Class Candidates – Rs. 500
  2. Fees for Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Classes & Differently Abled (Physically Handicapped) Category Candidates – Rs. 275

Payment can be done through online- net banking, debit/credit card. There will be extra service tax on debit/credit card payment while there is no any service tax on net banking.

D.Ed Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates those who will be satisfying all the eligibility criteria for the course of Diploma in Education  2019 will only be considered appropriate for the admission.

  1. Successful qualification of class XII from a recognized educational Board.
  2. Preferably, Humanities subjects as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level, and a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
  3. Interested candidates need to attend a common entrance examination. This test is conducted in almost all the states of India.
