  • To register for JEE MAINS 2019, applicants have to visit the official website, sche.ap.gov.in/eamcet
  • Applicants need to furnish basic details to register for the exam.

STEP 2: FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

  • Personal, academic, exam related and contact details have to be submitted by the candidates in order to fill the admission form.
  • These details should be correct.
  • An error correction window will open up in March 2019 for correction/modification, only allowed as for valid reasons charging an additional fee.

 STEP 3: VERIFICATION

  • Applicants must have a valid personal email ID and an active mobile number
  • An auto-generated verification mail will be sent to the applicant’s registered email ID and the phone number will be verified via SMS.
  • Candidates are advised to maintain the same phone number till the declaration of results.

STEP 5: PAYMENT OF FEE

Applicants can pay a fee at the AP Online Centers & also through payment gateway/credit/debit card/net banking. The application fee details are given below:

  • Applicant should be a citizen of India and should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh.

AGE CRITERIA

Engineering & Pharmacy Courses:

  • Candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December 2019.

For Other Courses:

  • Candidates should have completed 17 years as on 31st December 2019.
  • The upper age limit is 22 years (25 years for SC/ST category) and the candidate should have completed the same as on 31st December 2019.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

FOR ENGINEERING

  • Candidate should have qualified 12th standard examination (or an equivalent qualification) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional or any related vocational courses.

OR

Candidate should have passed Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.

FOR PHARMA

  • Candidate should have Passed qualified 12th standard examination (or an equivalent qualification) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as optional.

OR

Candidate should have passed Diploma in Pharmacy.

Certain Rules and Regulations are followed with reference to the admission procedure at IIIT-D. These must be taken seriously by the candidates.

  • In case, applicants do not meet the eligibility criteria, their application forms will be rejected.
  • The qualifying percentage of marks for examination will be 25% of maximum marks considered for ranking. For SC/ST category, there will be no minimum qualifying mark prescribed.
  • The counselling registration will be started in the second week of June 2019. First, candidates have to pay the fee & verify their documents.
  • Candidates will be able to view rank through online mode on the official website. There will be no other mode to check result.
