AISECT University Entrance Exam (AUEE) is a national level common entrance exam which candidates need to give in order to secure admission in programmes offered at different Faculties of AISECT University. Also, on the basis of an aspirant’s performance in AJEE, he/she can secure admission in Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal; Dr. CV Raman University Bilaspur, CG; AISECT University, Hazaribagh and Dr. CV Raman University, Vaishali.

AJEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidates should have completed their 12th standard examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Should have secured minimum 45% marks in the 12th standard qualifying exam (40% for SC/ST/OBC category candidates)


  • The candidates should have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent) examination.
  • Minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) should have been secured by the candidates.


  • There is no age limit for this course
  • The candidates should have completed graduation
  • Should have secured at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC) in graduation

AJEE B.Sc Agriculture

  • Should have completed 12th standard with Agriculture or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology.


AJEE 2019 eligibility criteria consist of the conditions that the candidates will have to meet to be eligible for the admission process. The required academic criteria have been listed below:

  • The candidates should have completed LL.B with at least 55% marks.
  • There is no age limit.


  • The candidates should have completed their Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC)

AJEE 2019 Registration and Application Form:

AUEE 2019 application form needs to be filled by candidates online on the official website of AISECT University. The registration process for AISECT University admissions is completely online. Candidates need to ensure that they fill all the fields mentioned on their AISECT University entrance exam application form correctly. In order to successfully register for AUEE 2019, candidates need to complete the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Create a Login ID

Candidates need to create their login ID in order to register for AUEE 2019 exam. Here, candidates need to, first of all, visit the official website of AISECT University and click on the “Admissions” tab. From there, candidates need to click on the “Admission Form” link and thereafter provide their login details.

Step 2: Fill Online Application Form

After creating their login ID, candidates need to sign in using their login credentials and fill the below-mentioned details in their AUEE 2019 application form:

Step 3: Select Mode of Exam

Next, candidates need to select the mode in which they would like to appear for AUEE exam from Offline/Online.

Step 4: Upload Photograph

Candidates need to upload their scanned photograph with their AUEE application form as per the specifications listed by AISECT University. The photo should be in jpg format and it should not be more than 100 KB in size.

Step 5: Pay AUEE Application Fee

Further, candidates need to pay the application fee for AUEE 2019 by means of online banking, debit card or credit card.

Step 6: Submit AUEE 2019 Application Form

Finally, after completing all the above-mentioned steps candidates need to click on the ‘Submit’ button. Once this is done a confirmation message is sent on the candidate’s registered email address as well as SMS is sent on his/her registered mobile number. Also, candidates will receive their AUEE registration number.

AJEE Exam Pattern:

AUEE 2019 exam will be conducted in online and offline mode at selected test centers in India. The candidate shall select the examination center and the mode of examination as per his/her choice while filling up the registration form. The question paper will be of Objective Multiple-Choice Questions type. There will be a total of 100 questions. The question paper will vary depending upon the course, the candidate has applied for. The total duration of the NPAT 2019 examination will be 120 minutes. A candidate will be rewarded 1 mark for everyone correct answer and no mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

Online Mode

  • AUEE 2019 Online Examination shall be conducted at various centers across the country.
  • Candidates will receive a User ID and password that will allow the candidate to access the examination online.
  • The question paper will vary depending upon the courses

Offline Mode

  • AUEE 2019 Offline Examination will be conducted at various centers across the country.
  • The examination will be OMR based.
  • The question paper will be different for different courses.

The question paper will be consolidated and the questions will be asked from the respective field and PCM.

AJEE Admit Card:

AISECT Group of Universities will be sending the admit card of AJEE 2019 to the candidates by email. The candidates will receive their AJEE 2019 admit card at their registered email id. It is to be remembered that the candidates will have to produce the admit card at the examination venue. Failure to do so will lead to the automatic disqualification of the candidates.

AJEE Results:

AUEE 2018 Result will be announced on the official portal. An applicant who will give the entrance exam can check AUEE 2018 Results in the last week of May 2018. The result will be announced by AISECT University, which will contain all the relevant details, total score, and ranks.

  • Click on the link “AUEE-Result 2018”
  • Login using Registration Number and Password
  • Click on the “Submit” button
  • Results will be displayed on the new screen
  • Download and save your Result

AJEE Merit List and Cut- Off:

AISECT University will publish a separate merit list for each course based on the candidates’ performance in the entrance test. Ranking of the merit list will be in the descending order of total marks scored in the entrance exam. Separate Reserved category list will also be prepared. Based on the candidate’s performance, they will be called for the counseling procedure.

AUEE 2018 Cut Off score will be the lowest possible marks a candidate must obtain in order to be eligible for AUEE 2018 Counselling Process. AUEE 2018 cut off score is based on many factors such as

  • Total number of candidates appeared in the entrance test
  • Total number of candidates who passed the entrance test
  • The difficulty level of question paper
  • Total number of seats

Based on AUEE 2018 Cut off for various courses, the exam conducting authority will declare the AUEE 2018 Result and Merit List for candidates who are eligible for the counseling process.

AJEE Counseling:

Only the candidates who will be shortlisted based on AISECT University Entrance Test 2018 will be eligible for the counseling process. Candidates will be informed via email/SMS about his/her counseling schedule.

Counseling and Seat allotment will be done in the sequential order based on AUEE 2018 Rank of the candidate, therefore, candidates are advised to appear for counseling on the specified date and time allotted to them. Date and time of the counseling cannot be changed under any circumstances. All the certificates and documents of the candidate will be verified at the counseling center on the stipulated date. The candidate should appear for Counselling procedure himself/herself with all the necessary documents. No other person will be allowed to appear for the counseling and admission on behalf of the candidate.

AJEE Rules and Regulations:

  • Students have to take their admit cards positively to the examination hall
  • Students should reach the examination center at least an hour before the examination starts.
  • Students should not carry any electronic materials such as mobile phones, programmable watches, and smartwatches, PDA, calculators, earphones etc.
  • Students should not carry any material that is related to the exam, including no writing anything on hands.
  • Students can carry only their stationery, including a blue or black ballpoint pen for filling the OMR sheet.
  • Students are also required to carry any of their photo identity cards issued by the government of India.

AJEE Preparation Tips:

  • Practice a lot, practice and hard work are the keys to success.
  • Maintain a good speed.
  • Read all the questions carefully, especially in the logical reasoning section. Attempt the easy ones first, and leave the difficult one for the last.
  • Give the paper with a calm and cool mind.
  • Keep a note of the important topics and do the sample papers religiously
  • Have adequate food before you come to the examination hall.
